Gear List: 9 Days Backpacking, Paddling, & Fishing
Here we are, on the eve of our trip, packing our bags on the shady grass in the hotel parking lot. Many many months and hours of planning has gone into this, including a 500 mile stint on the CDT just to figure out a new UL kit. So, here we go!
Backpacking Gear
Backpacks
These packs are our workhorse packs, we use them for mountaineering, ice-climbing, and multi-day canyon trips. The ExPed is perfect for this application because the front panel opens completely, allowing me to effectively pack around the boat on either side of it. One of my all time favorite packs!
